About
Lantern Film House
Stories that illuminate.
Production still — on location
Our Story
We tell stories that illuminate culture, emotion and the human condition.
Lantern Film House is a film studio based in Lagos, Nigeria, creating original films and documentary content for a global audience.
We make films the way we’d want to watch them — unhurried, honest, and built around the small moments that turn out to matter most.
Our films are more than entertainment. They are stories that stay with you.
Our Mission
Why we do it
To create cinematic experiences that illuminate culture, emotion and the human condition — and to give African stories the craft and care they have always deserved.
Our Vision
Where we’re going
A home for stories that travel. A virtual cinema where anyone, anywhere, can sit down with a Lantern film the night it opens.
